we proudly stand behind our tees and our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. if you are unhappy, for any reason you may exchange your t-shirt, at no charge, for another tee of the same value simply email us and make sure to include your order number. note: we do not accept exchanges for tees that have been washed or worn.
Shipping on all U.S. orders
there is 5.00 shipping for all U.S. orders and $15.00 for anywhere outside the U.S. orders are shipped first class via US Postal. shipping times will vary by location but average between 2-5 days. in rare weather and holiday instances, shipping may be delayed, prohibited, or not available to your location.
when an item is in stock (not ‘sold out’), that means we have that t-shirt in the warehouse if you want it. it take us 1 business day to process in stock orders, giving a total time from when your order was placed to when your order will arrive of 3 to 6 days. unfortunately, even though we update our site frequently with inventory levels, it is possible that you can order more than we have in stock.
Order status
once you place your order, you will receive two follow up emails from t-shirts.com: an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. please read these emails carefully and if any discrepancies are found, please email us immediately. if you are especially concerned about the shipping time for your order, please email us prior to placing an order.
